Come on down to the Cashmere Cider Mill stage, sip cider alongside Mission Creek, order up your favorite lunch or dessert....and listen to the tunes. Crash on the grass with a blanket or picinic table or personal chair.

Bio:
Chelsey Craven was born with music flowing through her veins. The music genethat every member of her family carries has culminated into a unique anddetermined talent.  Born in Leavenworth, WA, raised in the breathtakingly beautiful but sparsely populated Entiat Valley, Chelsey was surrounded by guitars, harmonies, and horses since she took her first breath.

Her mother is a proficient singer who focuses on the more classic fare with forays into musical theater, and her father is a long time blues fan and self taught guitarist one of the most talented trumpet players in the Wenatchee Valley in his youth.

Chelsey began her proper musical training after picking up the flute, age of 7, and still hasn’t put down. After spending her childhood and adolescence studying the flute, she went on to major in music at Central Washington University. She never forgot her roots however, and began her love affair with the guitar as a young teenager. It wasn’t long before she was wowing local audiences with her rich, smokey vocals. Chelsey shared her talents here and there, at cowboy campouts, living rooms full of friends, and finally we are lucky enough to have her share her talents with the rest of us.

Her unique interpretations of classic and contemporary folk, bluegrass and country, as well as songs composed by her own voice, can now be heard throughout Central Washington and the world at large.
